Hello, came across your wonderful layout via a Youtube film: 10 best layouts. Finally found you on the web. You're not easily found. I think but is a splendid idea what you've done and created. So much divers aspects in one layout. Absolutely wonderful and a joy to watch.

A massive THANK YOU to all the hundreds of thousands of visitors who have come to see the MUSEUM OF TRANSPORT at over 200 events over the past 25 years.
You have all said such wonderful things about the layout and it is wonderful to see familiar faces returning to visit us again.

By the end of 2016 we will have completed 233 appearances, and there are still Exhibitions that have not heard of us, yet!

Hi Bob, Many thanks for your kind comments. Folkestone was, as always, a great show and we enjoyed ourselves. Hope you did too! Thanks.

Visited the Folkestone Exhibition yesterday, 6/10/13. The concept of this layout is excellent and it has been well put together. There is something interesting to look at from end to end and you notice things you missed on the previous lap of the exhibition. Thanks.

Lovely to see your amazing layout again in Falkirk, and thanks for letting my son drive Herring Gull. He couldn't stop talking about it all the way home! See you in Portobello in April.

Robin, Layout creator says...
David, who has helped me with the layout for over 4 years and made a significant contribution to its content and appearance, is about to start a new job in the model railway industry and, unfortunately will be unavailable for most of my shows, except for southern ones. His help and input has been invaluable to me and has been significant in the continued success and appeal of the MUSEUM OF TRANSPORT.
I would like to thank him and wish him the very best in his new career. I expect David will continue to create further masterpieces for the layout and it will always continue to be a showcase for his many and various talents. Good luck David.

Cheers mate! Only just saw this but I'm really touched.
